Who we are

Zander is run by Newzander Media Limited, 164 Ehi Road, Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. You can reach us at zander@newzander.com.

What we keep

• Your account: your name, email, country and, if you give it, your phone number. Your password is kept in a form that cannot be read back, by us or anyone.
• Your agreement: when you accepted it, which version, and a scrambled form of your internet address.
• Your MT5 account: your broker or firm, server, login and account type.
• Your MT5 password: locked away the moment you type it, seen only by Zander's team to connect your terminal, and wiped from our system a day after your account is connected.
• Your trading: your account's balance, its open positions and its trades, as your broker reports them.
• Your payments: the amount, the coin and the transaction ID you give us when you pay Zander's share. We never ask for your wallet's private key.
• Your messages: chats and emails with us. Our chat assistant runs on our own server, and your words are not sent to an outside AI service.
• Your phone: if you use Zander Invest, your phone's name and model, the app's version, and a code that lets us send you alerts.
• Technical logs: our server keeps short records of visits, such as your internet address and the pages you asked for.

What we use it for

To connect and trade your account, to show you your results, to work out and check Zander's share, to answer you, to send you alerts and emails about your account, and to keep the service running and secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not show advertising.

Who else sees it

• Your broker or prop firm sees the trades on your account, because they hold it.
• Google carries alerts to your phone and supplies this website's fonts.
• Public blockchain services (TronGrid and mempool.space) are asked to confirm a payment by its transaction ID.
• Anyone who visits the public results page sees the figures of the accounts shown there. We show a client's account there only if they have agreed.
• The authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We set no advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you have an account with us. When an account is removed, its password is wiped. We keep records of trades, payments and messages for as long as we need them for our records and to settle any question that comes up.

To see what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, write to us at zander@newzander.com. We may need to keep some records where the law or an unsettled payment requires it.
